Not a Vocal Major!!!

I am an instrumental music major... not a vocal major.

Therefore, having to outline this chapter on Vocal Parameters in Children.... is quite boring to say the least. They're always saying "but you'll never know if you end up teaching an elementary music class/choir!
Well... I will make sure I do not end up teaching an elementary music class.
And the only choir I'm pretty sure I may ever be directing will be a church ward choir. If I ever happen to get the calling someday.
If.
I've been told by professors and teachers and professionals (and my parents and close friends) that my talents should be worked at a more advanced level than basic elementary. I will do high school at the least.
And I will do orchestra. :|
And/or music theory/appreciation/whatever classes. If that's the job I end up getting.
My ideal career still lies beyond that of being in schools (I'll get my BA in Music Ed, get a Grad's in conducting, and a Master's in cello or something or other), but I'll work up to it if I need to. Who knows. Hopefully I could jump right into being a professional director.
And of course performing will be in there in some form.
We'll seeeeeeee.
In the mean time.. I still have a dozen pages left to do of this chapter. Better get to it.
